Painted as part of the 4-piece "STROKE" series. "Catalyst" casts differing media into a "Webb meets Pollack" explosion of colors on canvas. An almost atomic view of painted "elements" has occurred with the white drizzled movement in the foreground creating a virtual fence through which you peer into something happening behind it.
